Copays:

Depending on your insurance plan, you may have a copay.  These can vary in amounts.  Under the payments section of your insurance card,  the copay would be the amount next to “BH” or the “OV” if there is no “BH”

Self Pay (without insurance):

Intake: $175

Regular Session: $150

How are payments accepted?

Copays and self pay fees will be automatically charged to your card on file with each appointment. I can provide receipts per request.
